WHAT IS THERE TO DO AT SUMMER CAMP?
In addition to the team competitions and evening services, NCYM summer camp gives students an opportunity to hang out with friends in a safe environment.

The campground features:
– Outdoor Games: Gaga Ball, Basketball, Volleyball
– Lake: Equipped with canoes, tubes, and life vests
– Swimming Pool
– Paint Ball
– Giant Swing

WHAT IS THE FOOD LIKE?
A professional and caring food team prepares three delicious, healthy size meals every day. Crowder’s Camp also features a “Snack Shack” where students can purchase items such as candy, chips, soft drinks, etc.

HOW MUCH $$$ SHOULD A STUDENT BRING?

We recommend and encourage students to bring money to give in a Speed The Light offering, and to purchase NCYM Camp merch, and snacks.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PACK?
Packing List
- Bedding (pillow, twin sheets, blanket or sleeping bag)
- 1 towel for swimming, 2 towels for showering
- Toiletries - Pajamas
- Rec outfit per day for team activities (t-shirt and shorts, you will get messy)
- Clothing for evening services (for each day)
- Swimsuit (girls – no two-piece allowed)
- Closed-toed shoes for team activities
- Flip flops or shower shoes
- Casual shoes for services and free time
- Bible/notebook/pen (If you do not have a Bible, scriptures will be presented in the services.)
- Bug spray and sunscreen
- Spending money for snack shack/merch (optional)
- Refillable Water Bottle

LIABILITY WAIVER

The parent (or legal guardian, including any heirs, successors, assigns, and representatives thereof) ("Parent") of the participant (“Student”) named in this electronic registration form (“Form”), gives permission for Student to attend the event named in this Form (“Event”) as described in the event description in this Form. Parent understands that personal injury can and may occur to Student, and Parent hereby authorizes Carpenter’s Shop International Church (also known as “The Carpenter’s Shop First Assembly of God”) the youth ministry directors or another appointed volunteers, to seek and consent to urgent or emergency medical attention (including precautionary examination) for Student as deemed necessary by said persons and to be held harmless from liability whatsoever. This authorization includes Parent's agreement to be liable for and pay all costs incurred in connection with such medical attention. Parent hereby releases Carpenter’s Shop International Church, its employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates (referred to collectively as “CSIC”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action and possible causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury (including death) that may be sustained by Student while participating in or traveling to and from Event. To the extent permissible by North Carolina law, this includes (but is not limited to) loss, damage, or injury (including death) due to the active or passive negligence of CSIC or otherwise. CSIC cannot be held responsible for the active or passive actions or negligence of Event hosts, Event facilities, NC Youth, the NC Assemblies of God, the Assemblies of God, or the subsidiaries, employees, volunteers, agents, or affiliates of the aforementioned entities whatsoever. Nor can CSIC be held responsible for such actions of other youth whatsoever participating in Event (including but not limited to incidents during travel to and from Event). Parent understands that Parent's consent and release of liability regarding Event extends to any and all travel, activities, and sites visited during the trip (including but not limited to excursions to the mall, theme parks, recreational sites, restaurants, etc. and participation in dancing, acrobatics, roller coasters, swimming, water activities, games, recreational sports, etc.). Parent agrees that if any portion of this document is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. Parent has disclosed any and all medical conditions, allergies, restrictions, and medications which Student normally takes and provided all of the insurance information and medical information necessary for Student to receive appropriate medical care. Parent gives permission for Student to ride in any vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft designated by CSIC while participating in and traveling to and from Event. Parent agrees to accept full responsibility, financially or otherwise, for any damage Student may do to the property of CSIC, properties visited on outing, other’s personal property, or vehicles used for transportation. Student understands and consents to the risks described therein. Student agrees to hold CSIC harmless from any liability whatsoever. Parent and Student have read this Form, including all the terms and conditions stated in this waiver of liability, and consent to all the above stated.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

The participant (“Student”) and parent(s) (or legal guardian[s], including any heirs, successors, assigns, and representatives thereof) ("Parent") of Student named in this electronic registration form, in return for Student’s being allowed to participate in Carpenter's Shop International Church student activities and all related activities, including any activities incidental to such participation (“Student Activities”), hereby grant to CSIC, and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising or promotional agencies, and partners, and all such entities’ officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, respective successors and assigns (collectively, “Authorized Parties”), the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, broadcast and/or copyright the use of the name, address, voice, photograph and/or likeness, caricature, and personal information of Student, in its current form or as retouched, digitized, cropped, altered, distorted or modified in any way, in any and all advertising, promotional, or other materials based upon or derived from the Student Activities in any manner, in any media whatsoever for any and all purposes, including by way of example but without limitation advertising, promoting or publicizing products and services throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised (including without limitation on the Internet), without additional compensation. Parent and Student further agree that anything derived therefrom will be owned solely by the Authorized Parties. Neither Parent nor Student shall authorize the use of any print, negative or other copy thereof by anyone other than the Authorized Parties. Parent and Student understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of North Carolina and agree that if any portion of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. freely signing this agreement. Parent and Student have read this document, understand this document, and consent to all the terms and conditions contained in this document. Parent and Student understand that by signing this document, Parent and Student are giving up legal rights and remedies.
